Karen Kougar is a fictional character created by artist and writer, Mitch Clem. She first appeared in a 2010 comic strip by Clem, titled "Karen Kougar," which was later adapted into a series of comics, videos, and even a mockumentary. Karen is a satirical representation of the quintessential "Karen" – a term used to describe a specific type of entitled, middle-aged, white woman. karen kougar
