FastStone 7.0 does not support "Always on top" in DirectX overlays. Use hotkeys instead of the toolbar, or run the game in windowed borderless mode.
In Settings > Scrolling Capture, increase the "Delay between auto-scrolls" to 300-500ms. Some applications (like older versions of Adobe Suite) need more time to redraw. FastStone Capture 7.0
