The Goodie might be a "hidden" palette or not enabled. Fix: Go to Window > Palettes and check if a new palette is unchecked. Also, check Options > Work Environment > Toolbars to see if it needs to be manually added to your toolbar set.
Run the downloaded installer. It should automatically detect your installation folder (typically C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\Archicad 28 on Windows). archicad goodies 28 install
